Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights when purchasing from us. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds, but your statutory rights are not affected.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to:

  • Receive goods that are of satisfactory quality
  • Receive goods that match their description
  • Receive goods that are fit for purpose
  • Return faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days
  • Request a repair or replacement for faulty goods after 30 days

Important: Custom-made products (personalised prints, custom sizes, etc.) cannot be returned for change of mind as they are made specifically for you. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
