The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) gives you important rights over your personal data. This page explains these rights and how to exercise them.
Under UK GDPR, you have eight fundamental rights regarding your personal data:
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
You can request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
You can request limitation of how we process your personal data.
You can receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or marketing.
You have rights regarding decisions made solely by automated means.
